Haus des Horizonts is a retreat for two, designed as a dialogue between brutalist geometry and the quiet rhythm of light. Set in a forest clearing, its interlocking concrete volumes frame the horizon—orienting bedroom spaces to the sunrise and living areas to the evening glow. Circular and slit openings filter light with precision, while expansive glazing opens the home to panoramic views, dissolving boundaries with nature. Raw concrete, softened by light and shadow, anchors the architecture with a sculptural presence—creating a dwelling of strength, balance, and stillness.
